Top 10 Feminization Secrets Continued

Hi all,

Ok, following is the finale of that most popular article I previously wrote on my best feminization tips for trans women.

Feminization Tip #5 Skin care for kudos

Taking care of your skin is of utmost importance for feminization. Before I began transition, I had terrible acne, but thankfully, HRT cured me of it, though I am left will scarring. Another factor involved in MTF facial skin, is shaving. For most transwomen, there has been a period where shaving played a part in the daily bathroom routine, and so this, without a doubt, would amount to damaged skin. Finding a good facial routine for mornings, and nights can be one of the most effective ways to improve your skin condition, and appear overly more feminine. I recommend, as in one of my videos, that you use St.Ives products, as they truly, truly do work wonders, leaving me with a healthy glowy appearance, that I am truly addicted to(lol).

Feminization Tip #4 Grooming time, is U time, and U time is always good.

When you take time out of your busy day, and set aside an hour to tend to your body, you get this kinda euphoric feeling that you are doing something positive for your well-being, and therefore your overall health. I usually will do this during the evening, when the day is no longer making demands on my time, and I can relax, and enjoy some peace and quiet. I tend to do all of the tasks I have explained thus far, especially tending to my nails, eyebrows, and hair. Self-grooming is a good time to bond with your new body, and become familiar with the effects HRT is having on your nails, skin, and hair. I have early memories of mum taking time out in front of her dresser to groom, and she looks fantastic now, in her late 40's.

Feminization Tip #3 You are what you eat!

You may hear this term being thrown around like some old wives tale, but it really is true. Eating crap food will make you look, and feel like crap... Whereas eating healthy will have nothing but positive results on your appearance and your overall health. While this may not be something that is specific to trans women, it does become notable that men often have terrible eating habits, and that if you developed any of these habits pre-transition, they are likely to still be with you. I recommend lots of fruit, fresh veggies, and juices to help replenish, and renew your hair, skin, and nails in the best way possible, also insuring your health at the same time.

Feminization Tip #2 DO NOT loathe the self!

I know, it's probably easier said then done, but try, try, try to be happy about your life, regardless of the outside world. Well all naturally desire the big things in life, but take time out to appreciate the fact that you have the right to expression... the right to love..... the right to breathe... and realize that life truly is a gift to any who will see it as so. When the world kicks you in the gut, and tells you "NO, you cannot be you"... Be thankful!! Because overall, you are maintaining your inner-truth, and nothing is more powerful than the truth, and living it.

Feminization Tip #1 Find your inner woman, and love her!!

Inside of you is a woman, who has been screaming at you, fighting with you to be allowed to express... She has spent years locked away, hidden.. for the sake of shame, and fear.. and she bares the scarring of this suppression. She may be shy, and little awkward, not knowing who she is for so long.. but she is willing to learn that which has been denied, and withheld. So let her sing, and laugh.. let her live, and love... let her know herself intimately... and never let anyone take that from her again.

Much Love, Lea
