Transgender Hormone Regime

I get a lot of emails asking about this one, and I don't know why it's taken me so long to write about it. My personal hormone regime is pretty simple really, and is described below. Please note that this regime is my own, which is monitored by my physician, but not necessarily endorsed by him.

In the 1st, 2nd, 3rd years I was taking once daily:

100 micrograms Microgynon50(distributed by Bayer)|NL|100mg Aldactone/Spironolactone(distributed by Phzer)

Thereafter my regime followed as, and is continued as to this day:

Alternating between 50 micrograms Microgynon50 one day and then next day taking 100 micrograms Microgynon50, while still continuing to take 100mg Aldactone/Spironolactone once daily.
